Not only to create another high-return offering for clients, but also to reach your audience, grow your business, and tell your visual story in its *MOST* powerful form.
But deep down, you know that the winds are shifting and video is a deeply useful skillset you need to add to your creative tool belt.
Everyday over 672 million people log into the top three video-based social media apps. Whether they're looking for recipe ideas, design inspo, or a dreamy little escape from the everyday, the numbers show they're coming back again and again.
What's the Deal with Video?
85% of social media users want more videos from brands + creators.
People share video content with friends twice as much as any other type of content.
Whether you've already got a client list a mile long or are still working on diving into your creative passion full-time, the impact of the visual representation of your brand (and your income) depends on the above question.
If you're feeling the effects of the changing tides in the creative realm (you're not alone!) and you know that things aren't going to get better on their own... Keep reading!
The creative freedom, the ability to immediately invoke emotions in the viewer, the avenues for visual expression....everything was 10x more impactful with video, and not only that, but my clients loved it, too.
Every branded client contract I’ve had in the past 6 months has had a video component, and that's just the tip of the iceberg.
...You know why?
I hear you.
and to that I say:
tell me if this sounds familiar...
Meet YOUR teacher
And I truly believe that no media can connect with the human spirit in the same way that a jaw-dropping video can. So let's start weaving your story, together.

And now? It's time for me to take everything I've learned about video for the past 17+ years and share it with you at my virtual table.
It's me, Eva! Author, educator, photographer, and a lady with waaaay too many houseplants. My love affair with video started with teenage me fan girl-ing over Amelie on my dell computer in my bedroom, saw me through getting my Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Video Production, and is still with me as I create videos for my own brand + for clients.
My work has been featured from Saveur to Sunset Magazine to the New York Times, and I'm honored to have worked with clients like All-Clad, KitchenAid, Anthropologie, West Elm, Crate & Barrel, and so many more.
Heck yes, it does! Everything we're going over in the course, from camera settings to editing techniques to storytelling tools, also applies to horizontal videos. The caveat here is that vertical video is *not* what most video equipment + editing software is geared towards, so in the course you'll learn all about the equipment + technical tools you can use to make gorgeous videos vertically. But if you want to do it the old school horizontal way, you can just put to use everything covered in the course, but without the vertical work-arounds 👍
If you're thinking "I tried making videos and it was actually really frustrating for me”— I totally get it.
Once you bridge that gap and understand how to create videos, what all those technical video settings mean, how to use simple stylistic techniques to enhance your story, and the art of polishing that story through editing, that frustration will turn into a "HECK yeah!" at the deep well of opportunities that this new skillset brings to your table 🙌
You'll be immediately added to our Vertical Video Course Community on kajabi (the course platform), where you can connect with other creatives, ask questions, share your videos for group feedback, and get the community support you need.

Nope! This is brand new content. Whereas the bundle's video course focused on flat lay + stop motion videos, this course is all-encompassing and dives into a huge variety of different video styles, angles, storytelling techniques, gear, and durations. This course is focused on the newest capabilities in the video realm, and dives deep into every *single* aspect of video creation, from idea to storytelling to shooting to editing. And with the growing demand for vertical videos, this course covers all the transitionary equipment + tech you need to use to shoot + edit vertically. Heck yes, it will! You will definitely need a camera that allows you to shoot video. As for the rest of the gear discussed in the course, it's optional depending on the style of video you want to create (which we'll dive deep into in the course, especially in Module 2 which is all about video equipment). I'm a firm believer that you don't need the newest + shiniest equipment to create a beautiful video—instead, you need to understand what you're doing on a technical + artistic level, and that's what the course will help you do. If you are interested in learning to edit in Adobe Rush, Adobe Premiere, or DaVinci Resolve, you will need to download one or all of those applications. Adobe Rush desktop + Adobe Premiere are paid, but DaVinci Resolve is free to download.
Yes you can! Module 7 of the course is all about creating beautiful videos with your smart phone, and is a great way to start getting your toes wet with manual video shooting settings before moving on to a more advanced camera body.

"Taking one of Eva's courses was a major turning point in building my own successful career as an artist. She explained technicalities in an approachable way and then how to apply those elements in a real life way to my work. Afterwards I was able to not only consistently produce quality images, but use that knowledge to shape my own personal style. I wasn't a beginner by any means coming into her course, but her teaching style made things 'click' in a way they never had previously. I would recommend her as an instructor to anyone looking to further their skills and confidence as a creator."

The course took me deep into the basics first, getting more advanced as I progressed. Right from understanding your camera and its settings, to learning about light and how to work with it to create the mood you want to portray, to styling with a purpose, the meaningful use of props, to advanced storytelling and finally, to editing your images to bring them to life, the course is super comprehensive and broken down into

Ready? let's take a leap!
I had a very long and winding road to the creative life, which included working at NBCUniversal (the highlight of which was when Jason Bateman ate a cake I baked (!) ), picking up my first camera (dark room-style) 18 years ago, and shooting for clients + teaching students for over a decade.
Nope, I am not a dinosaur—but I do have a *LOT* of experience when it comes to video, and I want to shave valuable time off your learning curve. Let's give your voice the platform it deserves. This is YOUR time to shine. I can't wait to see you inside.
